Despite the breakthrough in transfer negotiations with RB Salzburg: the deal with Karim Adeyemi is apparently shaking

Borussia Dortmund have apparently made a breakthrough in negotiations to transfer Karim Adeyemi. Nevertheless, the obligation of the German national player wobbles, how Sky reported.

BVB therefore agrees with Adeyemi’s club on the fee. After tough negotiations, the black and yellow and RB Salzburg have apparently agreed on the amount of 35 million euros.

Salzburg took Adeyemi from SpVgg Unterhaching in 2018 for 3.5 million euros. At BVB, the 20-year-old is to receive a five-year contract. However, there is still room for improvement in the negotiations between the player and the club.

According to the report, the two parties are still apart when it comes to several clauses and bonus payments, which is why the deal might still fall through. Although Adeyemi prefers a move to BVB, he is probably negotiating with other top international clubs.

Liverpool FC, RB Leipzig and Paris Saint-Germain, among others, are said to be in contact with the striker. In addition, kicker recently brought FC Bayern Munich into play as an interested party if the record champions might not agree on a contract extension with Serge Gnabry.

Adeyemi is having a strong season in Austria and has 16 goals and three assists in 24 games in the league. He also drew attention to himself in the Champions League with three goals in the group stage and four penalties won.
