the technical emergency plan lifted at the Liège University Hospital and the calls restored at the André Renard Clinic in Herstal

This Thursday morning, due to a technical problem with the operator Orange, it was no longer possible to reach the Liège University Hospital and the André Renard Clinic in Herstal by telephone. Outgoing calls were also impacted.

The CHU of Liège very quickly set in motion its technical hospital emergency plan (PUH-TEC) in order to deal with this situation. The André Renard Clinic, for its part, advised using the hospital center website in order to make or cancel an appointment.

The issue was resolved around noon. The two hospitals can therefore once once more be reached by telephone.
