“Cook the vegetables in a frying pan and in butter, or on the plancha with a little olive oil and then add raclette cheese and it drives them crazy!”, she explains.

In a study published in the scientific journal AppetiteEnglish researchers from the University of Aston (United Kingdom) have revealed another surprising trick: a smile would make it easier for children to eat green vegetables.
