After a supposed element of the National Guard was evidenced hitting to two officers vials in Puebla, authorities clarified that the person who appears in the video does not belong to the institution.
“The uniformed person who appears in the images is NOT a member asset of the institution. The information available indicates that he was discharged from the National Guard in June 2021, ”the National Guard indicated in an information card.
He also indicated that “he will file the complaint before the ministerial authorities for the probable commission of the crime of usurpation of functions and whatever results.”
Finally, he endorsed his “commitment to attend to any complaint or complaint by citizens, with total transparency and in accordance with the law, under the principles of zero impunity and no one above the law.”

In a video, which became relevant in social networks, it is observed that a person with a uniform of the National Guard argues with elements of the Secretary of Citizen Security of the municipality of Puebla following a traffic incident.

The altercation occurred following the alleged National Guard agent tried to prevent him from being multaran because he would have parked in a forbidden place.
Faced with this situation, members of the Municipality of Puebla’s Secretariat for Citizen Security went to lift the corresponding infraction, an action that provoked the fury of the uniformed officer, who began to push the cop traffic.
The presumed member of the National Guard, who was accompanied by a woman, and who would not have been arrestedwas driving an Audi car with plates B44-AJC from Mexico City.
The events occurred in the 14 East Avenuefrom the Resurgence neighborhood, in the state of Puebla.
