At the National Assembly on Sunday April 10, 2022, 100% of deputies voted for the lifting of the parliamentary immunity of the deputy of Lékana. The deputies voted 100% for the lifting of theparliamentary immunity from Ghyslain Millet Galibali. The MP for Lékana had been recruited into the Road Fund with a false diploma which he claimed to have obtained in France. The public prosecutor had written to the president of theNational Assembly to request the lifting of the MP’s parliamentary immunity in order to be able to take legal action.
