The Ministry of Health advised a set of foods during the Suhoor meal to reduce feelings of dehydration, fatigue, laziness and thirst during the day in Ramadan.
The ministry explained that these foods include water, natural juices, green salad, oats, and yogurt flavored with fruits.
She indicated that foods include fresh fruits such as oranges, watermelon, bananas and apples, as well as bread, rice and pasta, while avoiding adding spices, calling for avoiding excess salt and spices in general because they are associated with dehydration and thirst.
