A 29-year-old from the Urfahr area fired two shots on Sunday following an argument with his mother. The Cobra was able to place the man in his room when accessed. The pistol and ammunition were seized.
Her son came home drunk around 2 p.m. and got so angry that she locked herself in the living room and called the police, the woman said, according to the police. A short time later, the woman dialed 911 once more because her son had fired a shot.
Upon arrival, the police officers noticed the smell of powder smoke, which is why the Cobra task force was notified. The police officers secured the mother’s apartment until he arrived, before the man might be arrested in his room on the top floor.
