ABU DHABI, 10th April / WAM/ The Abu Dhabi Judicial Department concluded a specialized refresher training course to renew the status of judicial police for 29 inspectors and judicial control officers from 3 government agencies, as part of efforts aimed at enhancing the capabilities of the inspectors and providing them with the knowledge necessary to perform their tasks in accordance with specific legal controls, including Contributes to the development of the activities and works subject to their control, the advancement of institutional performance and the upgrading of the quality of services provided.
Inspectors and judicial officers from the Department of Energy, the Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority, and the Department of Culture and Tourism underwent 145 training hours as part of the qualification program for granting and renewing the status of judicial officers.
The Judicial Department stated that the refresher course to renew the status of judicial police for inspectors of government agencies, which is implemented by the Abu Dhabi Judicial Academy, aims to provide the inspectors with integrated skills to enable them to apply legislative innovations aimed at achieving development sustainability in the management of public facilities, through the correct application of the concepts of administrative control and principles and provisions The law, as well as modern concepts of judicial review judgments.
The department affirmed its commitment, in implementation of the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Presidential Affairs, and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department, to apply international best practices in the field of academic and practical training, and to provide advanced training programs that hone the skills and capabilities of trainees.
It is noteworthy that the training programs and courses for judicial officers focus on the organizational rules for qualification to grant the status of judicial officers, with the aim of preparing inspectors familiar with all aspects of judicial and administrative control, and the powers of judicial officers in accordance with the laws and regulations in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and to consolidate the principles and foundations of oversight and audit by relying on the latest training methodologies In various specialized fields approved in accordance with the highest practices, with practical training linked to the reality of case files and procedures for seizure records before the Public Prosecution and criminal courts.
