She added that this substance becomes safe when consumed in the recommended amount that has been approved by the FDA, but excessive intake of food containing “calcium disodium” has side effects such as: abdominal cramps, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, headache, low blood pressure, Skin problems, fever.

She also explained that eating more than 3 grams of canned beans per day, which contains this substance, or eating it more than 5 to 7 days, leads to kidney damage, and low levels of calcium in the body.
