The wife of the mayor of the drama, the great artist Salah Al-Saadani, revealed shocking secrets regarding his refusal to return to acting and his staying away from the spotlight.
The wife of the great artist said in previous statements to “The Seventh Day” that his son, the artist Ahmed Al-Saadani, tried to return his father to acting and the lights because he wishes to participate with him in a work of art, but the great artist refused, content with what he presented during his career and artistic history.

Al-Saadani embodied personalities that were entrenched in the memory of millions and became signs in the history of drama, including Atef’s character in “My Dear Sons, Thank You”, Mayor Suleiman Ghanem in “Layali Al-Helmeya”, Nasr Wahdan Al-Qatt in “Helm of the South”, and Dr. Aziz Mahfouz in the series “Friends”, And Hajj Abdel Qader Auf in “Kafr Askar”, and the teacher Ibrahim Al-Akkad in “Al-Batiniya”, and the last work presented by the Mayor of Art was the character of Abdel Qader in the series “The Minors” in 2013, following which he moved away from the spotlight, but he did not move away from the hearts and conscience of millions of his fans and lovers of his art.
