Salmonella: beware, a potentially contaminated raw ham recalled throughout France

What is the affected product and where is it marketed?

The recalled product is “Hammon cru smoked d’Alsace superieur demi” from the Maurer brand. He was marketed between March 30 and April 7, 2022 throughout France. This product is sold at Colruyt Retail France in Jura, at Cooperative U in Mulhouse (68), at Delas in Haute-Savoie, at Boucherie de la source in Lozère and at Vents d’est Anatol in Haute-Garonne. What precautions should be taken?

In its health recommendations, Reminder Conso advises consumers not to consume the product and to destroy it.

For those with symptoms related to the presence of salmonella, namely “gastrointestinal disorders (diarrhea, vomiting) of sudden onset often accompanied by fever and headaches”, it is advisable to consult your doctor while indicating the consumption of these products.
