But during her purchase, a passer-by jostled her. The purchase of a ticket that she did not want has been validated. “He shoved me, but continued on his way without saying anything”, she railed. “He was a really rude guy”.
In this kind of situation, we are more often annoyed not to have bet our money on the ticket we wanted. Except that for this American, it was rather a success! Indeed, thanks to this, she won the sum of 10 million dollars, or more than 9.1 million euros.
It was when she got into her car that she realized how much money she had won. “I might not believe my eyes. I drove down the highway, but kept staring at the stud. I almost had an accident. I stopped and scanned the ticket once more with the app, just to be sure. It can’t happen, can it?” she told the American television channel KKTV.
The American lottery recently validated his win. LaQuedra Edwards had her request for payment since November 2021. Here she is finally relieved, because for several months she had been bragging regarding her gain: “I kept screaming that I was finally rich”.
