The ex-COO of the Laborizon bio-analysis group, Christophe Bessac, is embarking on a new entrepreneurial adventure. Drawing on his experience at Mc Donald’s, which he supported in its digital strategy, the manager is involved in the creation of a new digital marketing player called Olyn. It is associated in this project with Gimv, which is placing a ticket at the bottom of its intervention range (which is between 20 and 40 M€), as well as with four other leaders. All share the capital of the new entity without any having a majority. The objective: to create a leader in omnichannel customer engagement capable of supporting brands in generating leads (prospects). Olyn currently brings together four companies: Hipto, specializing in videos on Facebook, Avent Media, which notably manages emailing and SMS campaigns, Skaze, a digital expert and Influens Network, a digital agency. influencers. A hundred employees thus support more than 350 customers in Europe for a turnover of more than €35 million. Other actors, with complementary skills, should soon join the group with the objective of reaching between 100 and 150 M€ in turnover within 4 years. The financing of this LBO, arranged by Crédit Agricole and BNP Paribas, also includes nearly €10 million for acquisitions which can also count on reinvestment from the sponsor.
