In the last few hours, a terrifying case was known in the Mental Health unit of Hospital La Victoria, located in the town of San Cristobal, south of Bogota. According to the complaint, one of the employees would have abused several psychiatric patients, several of them minors.
One of the complainants and a worker at the medical center pointed out that last Friday night they found one of the nurses in a room with four patients, one of them was immobilized hand and foot.
“He said that he was supposedly in his break time, when they heard one of the patients scream, the head nurse arrived and found the male nurse hiding behind the door, another of the patients said that he was performing oral sex on her and when the blanket was lifted, the woman had her underwear below her knees and was more sedated than usualI mightn’t get a word out.”

The most serious thing, says the complainant woman, is that some hospital officials had previously denounced that this person engaged in inappropriate behavior.
Given these facts, in the last hours the mental health unit of this medical center was sealed by the entity and transfer of patients was ordered.
“This person is a fugitive, they took him to the Restrepo URI and they released him because there were no complaints, no one took action, neither the hospital nor the Police, when a victim denounces the next day, when they are going to capture him, he appears, They do not want to bring this to light and they are hiding everything. The director ignored the complaints because he was aware of these facts.”
