Saudi Arabia raises the selling price of Arab Light crude to Asia to record levels

A pricing document seen by Archyde.com showed that the Saudi oil giant Aramco raised the official Arab light selling price for May to Asia to $9.35 a barrel above the Oman/Dubai average.

The Kingdom also set the selling price of Arab Light Crude for Northwest Europe at $4.60 a barrel above Brent on the Intercontinental Exchange, and $5.65 a barrel for oil bound for the United States, above the Asci Index.

Aramco had raised the official selling price for the month of April for all grades of crude it sells to Asia, in line with market expectations.

It raised the official Arab Light crude selling price for April to Asia to $4.95 a barrel above the Oman/Dubai average from $2.15 in March.
