Is Jessica Korean-Chinese? Chinese girl group audition list leaked

It is known that the stage filming has been completed.

Girls’ Generation’s Jessica is controversial because her identity as a Korean-Chinese was listed on the leaked list of a Chinese girl group audition program.

On the 3rd, a list of the cast of the Chinese girl group survival program ‘Seungpoong Blue Red Jerk Season 3’ was leaked to an online community in China.

‘Seungpoong Blue Red Jerk’ is a survival program in which female entertainers in their 30s and older make their debut as a five-member girl group through a contest. 58 celebrities were listed on the leaked list, and Jessica was assigned the 22nd order under the Korean name of Jung Soo-yeon. Jessica has already arrived in Changsha, Hunan Province, China, and it is known that she has finished filming the stage on the 3rd for ‘Perfect’ and ‘Sorry for Lost’.

However, since Jessica is marked as ‘Korean-Chinese’, a minority Chinese ethnic group in the personal information section, voices of criticism are growing among netizens.

Meanwhile, Jessica turned solo following leaving Girls’ Generation in 2014. Afterwards, she founded the fashion label company Blanc & Eclair, which paralleled her entrepreneurial activities. Tyler Kwon is in charge of the company’s operation, and Jessica worked as a senior designer for various products including sunglasses design.

Recently, Blanc & Eclair was sued by Hong Kong company Joyking Enterprises for default of $8 billion.
