1. Press Windows key + R combination on your keyboard to launch Course quick. Enter taskmgr.exe and press Enter to open Task Manager.

3. Select Windows Explorer and click on Restart button in the lower right corner.

3. After the command is successfully executed, navigate to the following directory in Explorer or name is your account username. Make sure you have enabled showing hidden items in Explorer.
C:/Users/name/AppData/Local/
4. Scroll down to locate the folder named TileDataLayer and delete this folder.
If you are unable to delete this folder, run services.msc to open the services manager, scroll down to Mosaic data model server service and stop it. Now try deleting the folder once more.
5. Now check if your taskbar works as expected.
