Moulay Hafid Elalamy designated “personality of the year 2021” at the “Industry Meeting Days”

The 4th edition of the “Industry meeting days” held on Friday in Tangier saw the awarding of a total of 14 Industry Prize trophies in different categories.

Organized by Industrie du Maroc Magazine under the aegis of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, this 4th edition awarded trophies to 14 winners, in recognition of manufacturers for their strong contribution to the performance of Morocco’s industrial fabric.

The awarding of these prizes crowns a selection process led by a jury made up of 6 personalities and experts from the Kingdom’s industrial ecosystem. Thus, the personality of the year 2021 prize was awarded to Moulay Hafid Alami, the sustainability prize was won by the Managem group, the decarbonization prize was awarded to the company ST Microelectronis, while the entrepreneur was awarded to Ghalia Sebti, founder of the “Aït Manos” mosaic house.

In addition, the industrialist of the year prize was awarded to Zakia Sekkat, the exporter of the year prize to Renault Morocco, the innovation prize to the “MAScIR” foundation, the the start-up of the year to the start-up “Atarec”, the prize for the small and medium-sized enterprise “SME” to “SMAMTEC”, the prize for the brand of the year was won by “Isolbox”, while the investment prize was awarded to LafargeHolcim Morocco.

Similarly, Industry meeting days rewarded the textile company “Circutex”, which won the territory prize and “Teradis” which won the industrial architecture prize, in addition to the special prize from Industrie du Maroc Magazine for this 4th edition which rewarded female leadership in the field of industry and which was awarded to the general manager of Nestlé Morocco, Imane Zaoui.

Held under the theme “industrial, energy, health and food sovereignty at the service of territorial development, investment and employment”, this event aims to create synergy between public authorities and stakeholders in the industrial sector. around Industrial Sovereignty.

It also aims to mobilize public authorities, as well as territorial, industrial and social actors and decision-makers in a consultation forum to draw the outlines of an adequate and effective implementation of the new national priorities of the industrial sector.

This event, organized in partnership with the Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima region, the Tanger Med Special Agency (TMSA), and the Regional Investment Center (CRI-TTA), was punctuated by debates around industrial sovereignty , energy, health and food.
