Samsung Galaxy A72 gets the latest security update

Samsung has released a new security update for the Galaxy A72. The latest software update brings firmware version A725FXXU4BVC1 to the device. Besides fixing security and privacy vulnerabilities, the update also comes with the latest March Android security patch. As per a Sammobile report, it has fixed more than 50 security holes in the Galaxy A72. The update also includes general bug fixes, improvements to device stability, and better performance.
The update is currently rolling out to Samsung Galaxy A72 users in Russia. Likely to expand to include more

users globally in the coming weeks, including India. Those interested can manually check the availability of the update by heading to the Settings app on their device.

Samsung Galaxy A72 was launched last year. The smartphone is a mid-range device that comes with a starting price of Rs 34,999. It is offered in two storage models – 128GB and 256GB paired with 8GB of RAM.

To perform the camera tasks, the device features a quad-camera system on the back. It has a 64MP main camera paired with a 12MP wide sensor, an 8MP telephoto sensor, and a 5MP macro sensor.
For selfies, the Samsung Galaxy A72 offers a 32MP front camera.
