Daniel Ceballos: “The president is Nicolás Maduro”

This week Ceballos was accused by the Voluntad Popular leadership of being a “traitor and scorpion.”

The former mayor of San Cristóbal, Daniel Cabellos, recognized Nicolás Maduro as President and considered it a “tragedy” that opponents believe they are in 2015.

During an interview for the program Primera Página de Globovisión, Ceballos stated that “The President is Nicolás Maduro, Guaidó no longer represents anyone in the country.”

He also made a call to the opposition leader: «Guaidó rectifies, the truth is that the vote and participation in Venezuela won as an instrument and he won because people are tired of that lawsuit, you have to visit the country to see how in the states there are new leaderships emerging and what a tragedy that politics has been decentralized and has remained in the interests of politicians and that it had not concentrated on that connection so that these leaderships can grow»

This week Ceballos was accused by the Voluntad Popular leadership of being a “traitor and scorpion” following having joined a branch of the orange awning led by José Gregorio Noriega, appointed by the Supreme Court of Justice.
