Punjab lost captain Mayank in the first over. He was caught in front of the wicket by Umesh Yadav. Shikhar Dhawan also returned in the fourth over. Dhawan was bowled out for 16 by Tim Southee in the hands of wicketkeeper Sam Billings. Rajapaksa also returned before the end of the power play. Rajapaksa scored 31 off just nine balls. This will include three sixes and four fours.
Umesh’s ball was caught by Southee in the long off and Livingston returned. Raj Bawa (11) was bowled by Sunil Narine. Shah Rukh Khan (0) had a lifetime of just five balls.
