Zamalek defeats Al-Ahly 29/22 and is crowned champion of the Handball Professional League

The handball team of Zamalek Club defeated its Al-Ahly counterpart 29/22 in the final summit of the Handball Professional League for the local season 2021/2022 at Hassan Mostafa Hall on the 6th of October to be crowned the champion for this season.

The first half ended with a score of 13/8 in favor of Zamalek, amid a remarkable brilliance for the white trio, Karim Hendawy, goalkeeper and players Ahmed Al-Ahmar and Akram Yousry, while the second half witnessed strong control on the part of Zamalek, especially by the duo Yahya Al-Dara and Hassan Walid, amid faint attempts by Al-Ahly team to improve conditions and reduce the difference.

And the Zamalek team succeeded in continuing to shine, in light of reaching the 19th point alone.

And the conclusion of the second combined session was held to determine the champion of the professional league without an audience.

Zamalek entered the final stage with two points and Al-Ahly with a score of 1.5, according to the list of first and second places in the second stage.

The Zamalek club team defeated Al-Ahly with a score of 34/28 in the match that brought them together at the end of the first combined session in the final stage of the Hand Professional League for the local season 2021/2022 at Hassan Mustafa Hall on the sixth of October.
