In the regions of Walloon Brabant, Charleroi and Liège-Verviers
The return to normal will be done gradually on the TEC network, starting with vehicles equipped with a closed or semi-closed cabin. The networks of Charleroi, Liège-Verviers and Brabant Wallon are thus concerned, in whole or in part.
From April 4, in vehicles equipped with closed or semi-closed cabstravelers will therefore be requested to:
· climb through the front door once more. The vehicles concerned will be identified using “I ride from the front” stickers;
· must validate their transport ticket.
The purchase of a transport ticket on board will once more be possible in vehicles that require boarding from the front.
Nevertheless, as on-board sales are not yet accessible in all of its vehicles, the TEC recommends that its travelers continue as much as possible anticipate the purchase of their transport tickets via the various TEC sales channels, including the TEC app. The TEC app is ideal for occasional travelers who can buy and validate their tickets directly via the app and travel instantly on the network.
In addition, the MOBIB card is free until June 30, 2022 for all new customers, i.e. travelers who do not yet have a MOBIB/MOBIB basic card. This is available on the E-SHOP or in ESPACES TEC.

In the regions of Hainaut, Namur and Luxembourg
On the Hainaut, Namur and Luxembourg networks, vehicles are equipped with an open cab.
Therefore, travelers are requested to continue to apply the measures in progressto know :
– board buses only from the back ;
– must validate their transport ticket.
In these regions, on-board sales remain unavailable.
Finally, the TEC reminds its travelers that wearing a mask remains compulsory on board TEC vehicles from the age of 12, across its entire network.
