The Criminal Investigation Section, Sijín, advanced on the night of this Wednesday, March 30, the capture process in Circassia of the ex-boyfriend of Jenny Karolain Nohava Forero, accused of having caused her death.
The investigations at this time point to the fact that this citizen might, apparently and according to the authorities, be the determiner of the murder of the young seventh-semester law student at La Gran Colombia University.
If the authorities’ hypothesis is confirmed, the murder might be classified as a femicide and therefore it would be the second so far this year 2022 in the department.
The joint work of the First Specialized Prosecutor’s Office and Prosecutor 19 of the Quindío Section assigned to the Life Unit generated the investigation of what happened.
