“The pearls of the evening”: When a French program pays for our Miss Belgium contest (VIDEO)

This Saturday took place in De Panne the Miss Belgium competition, which crowned the Antwerp resident Chayenne Van Aarle (23 years old). An event that once once more crossed borders, since we talked regarding it among our French neighbors. The program “C à vous”, on France 5, indeed echoed this through a somewhat… mocking column.

In it, the columnist Bertrand Chameroy returned, in a few extracts, to the “pearls of the evening”. It evokes in particular the big white of the presenters on set when a sequence does not start on the air. The portrait of the various misses does not escape the criticism of Bertrand Chameroy, in particular that of this candidate of Italian origin who “likes tiramisus and lasagna”. “The CV and the LinkedIn obviously did not make it possible to make a fuss regarding this candidate. They therefore focused on the only particularity that she possessed”, jokes the columnist.

Note that the big winner Chayenne Van Aarle did not escape the mockery. The columnist indeed returned to two “embarrassing” moments. First when she pretends to use the remote control to unlock the car she won while the doors are… open. Then, when she tries to get into the vehicle, but her tiara on her head prevents her from doing so.
