Vaccination centers only in Klagenfurt and Villach

Coronavirus

The state of Carinthia announced on Tuesday that the CoV vaccination offer will be restricted from April 1st. The vaccination centers will remain in Villach and Klagenfurt, but they are only open on Saturdays.

72.40 percent of the total Carinthian population has been vaccinated once, 69.76 percent twice and 50.57 percent three times. As the head of the state press service, Gerd Kurath, announced, the reason for the restriction of the offer is the currently low demand for a vaccination once morest Covid-19. In the future, there will only be one state vaccination center in Klagenfurt and Villach. In the Klagenfurt Alpe-Adria-Zentrum and in the VEZ Villach vaccinations will take place on Saturdays from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. from April. The vaccines from BioNTech/Pfizer and Novavax are vaccinated there.
