The Red Devils U50 version go up a notch and beat Burkina Faso 3-0

Burkina Faso is boldly playing its luck at the start of the game. But Matz Sels did not tremble in the least and released a stoppage as precious as it was impressive. The Burkinabés pass the message to the Belgians and at the whole stage, they did not come to do figuration.

The first possibility for the Devils shortly before the quarter of an hour of play but Michy Batshuayi crosses his shot too much which is not on target.

But on the second Belgian possibility, Hans Vanaken unblocks the situation and the scorer with a headed goal.

And the 2-0 falls quickly following the opener. Adnan Januzaj serves Batshuayi wonderfully in the rectangle, but the Besiktas player comes up once morest an excellent Koffi. But Trossard lingers around and shakes the nets. 2-0. Efficiency close to perfection for the Red Devils.

The Devils are well paid at the start of the meeting where the Burkinabés were far from deserving.

Belgium enter the locker room with a two-goal advantage following a serious first period from the U50s. The Devils’ opponents took a hit on the head with both goals conceded in two minutes.

At the start of the second period, Dendoncker replaced Denayer. A few minutes later, Saelemaekers and Verschaeren replaced De Ketelaere and Januzaj.

We see great things on the pitch in this second period, a few clear chances but less realism than in the first half. Burkina is trying to react in counterattacks but they are becoming increasingly rare.

And the Devils concretize this domination with a new small goal in the 75th minute. It is Christian Benteke who deceives Koffi with his head. The Crystal Palace player came on a few minutes earlier in place of Michy Batshuayi.

The score will not change, while Selz once more comes out with a very good save at the very end of the game. The Devils won 3-0.
