With the postponements that follow one another since last year, we understood that no big AAA was immune to a delay, and the release of God of War Ragnarok must be in everyone’s sights. The game of Santa Monica Studio is among the most anticipated titles of the year, but with no news regarding it, fans are worried that this episode will once once more miss a year. Fortunately, the studio manager of the studio comes to assure us that we will not have to wait until 2023 to find Kratos and Atreus.

Blue Owlz Medic took to Twitter to simply state that yes, God of War Ragnarok is still slated for release in 2022. Without more info than that, but since it’s from someone working at the studio, there’s plenty to be reassured regarding. A few weeks ago, rumor of a September release had been spottedbut we do not know more for the moment.
A postponement is obviously not to be excluded in the coming weeks, but for the moment, the studio seems to be maintaining the course for a release in 2022. If this is the case, we hope to review the title quickly, before the summer, maybe during a State of Play?
