Yesterday, Sunday, the southern town of Ansar buried the 4 murdered women, Basma Ali Abbas and her 3 daughters, Rima, Tala and Manal, to their final resting place in the town’s cemetery, following they fell victim to the “horrific crime” that shook Ansar and Lebanon as a whole, but the threads of the crime It is not yet clear, and the hidden pole still preoccupies all Lebanese public opinion.
There were many “flawless” accounts of the accused, “Hussein Fayyad”, but until now there is no certain truth except that the “murderer” confessed to his crime and how he planned, executed and lured the girls and the mother into a fake dinner that ended with the murder.
At first, Fayyad confessed to his crime and talked regarding all the details, how he thought, planned, orchestrated and executed, and that he colluded with the Syrian “Hassan Al-Ghanash” in order to demand the “ransom”, but he did not admit the real reason, and then changed his statement, claiming that he “killed them because Tala is linking them to it.” An “affair” with another young man, this hypothesis did not convince the investigators.
