The Meteorological Authority said that temperatures are continuing to gradually rise, and temperatures are expected to reach 28 degrees in Cairo today.
The Meteorological Authority added that the temperature began to rise gradually starting from this week and will continue until the beginning of next week, as the temperature rises above the normal rates for this time of the year.
And the authority continued: “The water mist appears in the morning in the north of the country, especially on agricultural roads and close to water bodies and leading to and from Cairo.
The authority confirmed that the country is affected by southeastern blocs coming from the Arabian Peninsula, working to increase the periods of sunlight, and a gradual rise in temperatures.
She explained that the weather during the day is moderate on the northern coasts, warm on Greater Cairo and the Lower Egypt governorates, and hot on southern Sinai and southern Upper Egypt.
The authority indicated that the temperatures remain noticeably low in the late hours of the night, and the difference between the maximum and minimum temperature reaches 10 degrees Celsius.
