The Russian presidency, “The Kremlin,” said that Russia will not provide gas to Europe for free, and the payments will be in rubles only, continuing: “A clear framework for payments in rubles for gas and oil from Russia will be agreed upon.”

The Kremlin added: “We are not afraid that Germany will stop buying gas from us, and the Southeast Asian market can compensate us.”
