The Stereo Picnic Festival, that began with the shock of the death of the drummer of the Foo Fighters, Taylor Hawkins, once once more flooded the stages of Briceño, on the outskirts of Bogotá, with music, where thousands of people jumped with J Balvin, C Tangana and Martin Garrix, among others.
After two years of the pandemic, thousands of Colombians -and foreigners who came from other countries- were waiting for the doors of the Briceño golf club to open once more and for the international bands to return to the capital.
The beginning, however, began frustrated when among the attendees the news of the death of Hawkins, a fundamental piece of the band of Dave Grohland that ended the spirits of those who came just to see the mythical American group.
With a very worthy minute of silence and the heartfelt words of Eric Burton, the Black Pumas were in charge of trying to raise spirits and tame the collective pain to turn the duel into a musical tribute to the drummer that has lasted throughout the weekend. week.
THE CHILD FROM MEDELLÍN IN BOGOTÁ

This edition of the Estéreo Picnic became a platform to publicize Colombian talent, which following two years of the pandemic flourished with more variety and more genres.
For its part, the Binomio de Oro presented its most successful songs to the public, such as “I got excited”, “Sleepy bear”, “The crescent”, “Forget her”, among others. With the Páramo stage completely filled, the attendees sang out loud all his songs full of nostalgia. Without a doubt, an epic closing for the second day of the festival.

While groups like Diamante Eléctrico, Briela Ojeda, La Pacifican Power and Margarita Siempre Viva managed to consolidate themselves in the quintessential musical event that, following 1,083 days without hearing chords, was more eager than ever to come back and support the talent.
