Elon Musk is thinking of creating a social media platform.. He criticized his favorite platform

Tesla CEO Elon Musk has written that he is seriously considering creating a social media platform because Twitter has failed to abide by the principle of free speech.

“Given that Twitter operates de facto like a public domain, failure to adhere to the principles of free speech fundamentally undermines democracy,” Musk said.

This comes following Musk previously tweeted, on March 25, that “freedom of expression is necessary for a functioning democracy,” and asked whether Twitter “strongly adheres to this principle,” according to “Bloomberg”, and seen by “Al Arabiya.net.”

Last week, I told US Securities and Exchange Commission One judge said Musk’s tweets regarding Tesla would remain the subject of government investigations, even if the court overturned his 2018 agreement with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Musk is seeking to end the Securities and Exchange Commission’s oversight of his Twitter posts, claiming that the agreement is being used to “infringe” on his free speech rights. He is also asking the court to block a subpoena by the securities regulator for documents related to the review of his tweets.

Under the SEC’s settlement agreement, the regulator will distribute the money it raised following sanctioning Tesla and Musk to investors who lost money buying Tesla shares, following Musk claimed on Twitter that he was considering delisting the company.
