“He is living in a situation that is difficult to bear”: Nino F, the passenger in the car in the Strépy drama, will leave La Louvière

A week ago, Paolo F. killed 6 and injured 10 when he hit a group of gilles head-on at the Strépy-Bracquegnies carnival. Today, the driver is imprisoned in the prison of Tournai. He was charged with manslaughter and involuntary bodily harm causing death without intent. The passenger in the car, Nino F, is accused of failing to assist a person in danger but has been released. The latter had claimed to be asleep at the time of the events.

Invited on the set of “It’s not every day on Sunday”, Nino F’s lawyer, Nasredine Benzerfa, explained that his client was living in a “difficult to bear” situation. “He still lives with his parents and he will, in the very near future, make the necessary arrangements to leave La Louvière. He has not been able to do so, he is currently unable to work”entrusted the lawyer to the microphone of RTL.
