Sony Santa Monica has released two patches for the PC version of God of War: 1.0.10 and 1.0.11, which are released immediately after 1.0.9. Keep in mind that the last one came out just a few days ago, on March 23, 2022.
That alone should tell you that these are classic bug fixes. Version 1.0.10 fixed a spelling error in the UI and a bug in Steam achievements, while version 1.0.11 fixed a graphical glitch that caused some players to see flashing lights throughout the game.
Both patches are automatically downloaded and installed into the game from the client on which it is installed. The only thing you need to do to get them is to connect to the Internet.
