Adi and Nikki have acted together in Malupu, Yagavarayinum Na Kakka and Marakkatha Nanayam. The friendship on the shooting set later turned into love. The couple then decided to get married years later.
Nikki, who started modeling following completing her fashion design studies, is entering the world of cinema with the Kannada remake of the Tamil film Payya.
Her elder sister Sanjana is a well known model and actress.
Nikki Galrani made her Malayalam debut with the film 1983.
He later starred in Om Shanti Oshana, The Silver Owl, A Second Class Journey, Rudra’s Throne and Rajamma Yahoo.
