Recently, the Development Zone Team of the Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau of Haiyan County has carried out law enforcement inspections focusing on three aspects: “garbage classification, city appearance and environmental sanitation, and construction waste management”.
First, the garbage classification inspection of restaurants. Continue to carry out garbage classification law enforcement inspections to improve the awareness and accuracy of garbage classification. Focus on areas such as Yaojia Road, Xichang Road, Jinghai Road, and Food City, publicize the knowledge of garbage classification, and popularize laws and regulations in the field of garbage classification. Through on-the-spot inspections, we urge shops to accurately place domestic waste, standardize the placement of trash cans, and do a good job in cleaning and maintaining the barrels. At present, more than 120 restaurants have been inspected, and 14 cases of unsorted domestic waste have been investigated and dealt with.
The second is the special rectification of city appearance and environmental sanitation. In response to problems such as over-the-counter operation, random stacking, and road rubbish on Jinghai Road, we actively plan special rectification actions for city appearance and environmental sanitation. Law enforcement officers visited the shops along the route, promptly cleaned up the items that were piled up in disorder and beyond the store’s operation, strengthened the frequency of daily cleaning, and ensured that the road was clean and tidy. At the same time, strengthen the normalized management of Jinghai Road, guide vehicles to park in a timely manner, and effectively improve the surrounding environment.
The third is the law enforcement of muck transport engineering vehicles. Strictly implement the normalized law enforcement inspection of construction waste, standardize the disposal of construction waste, and curb dust pollution. Set up checkpoints in areas with many construction sites such as Hangzhou Bay Avenue and Gulf Avenue, focusing on checking whether the vehicles passing by muck are disposing of construction waste in violation of regulations, whether there are tarpaulins covered during transportation, and whether there are spills or drips. At present, more than 30 law enforcement inspections of muck transport vehicles have been carried out, and 2 cases of failure to take airtight measures to prevent material spillage have been investigated and dealt with.
