The national president revealed that from this fortnight it will be reflected.
An increase in the salary tables of the education sector occurred, following an agreement between the government authorities and the unions, workers and federations.
This was announced by the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro in a speech this Thursday followingnoon.
He pointed out that it was possible to “adequately and significantly adapt and raise all the salary tables of teachers in the country, who will enjoy an improved salary, moving towards a decent salary.”
In this sense, he reiterated that the permanent dialogue led to fruitful advances, while thanking the work of educators, who are the trainers of Venezuelan boys and girls.
“I am very grateful to the teaching profession, for the moral, historical force, for the conscience of teachers in preschool, in basic education, in secondary education and in university education, teachers and teachers (…) You teachers, They are the ones who polish the diamonds of the generation of the future of the powerful Venezuela, of the prosperous Venezuela, of the great, beautiful, socialist, free and independent Venezuela”, he specified.
He did not delve into the details of the increase, but said that they will be reflected in the next fortnight and that Minister Yelitze Santaella will be the one to offer more information on the matter.
“In the dialogue with unions and federations we were making important progress and I think the agreement is satisfactory. I am very grateful to the teachers for the moral, historical and conscientious strength of thousands of teachers,” the president stressed. @NicolasMaduro
