“This National Assembly has turned its back on Ecuadorian women, on young Ecuadorians, denying them the opportunity for employment and prosperity. I want to tell all of Ecuador that this law has been denied because we have not accepted the blackmail of assembly members who come to ask for hospitals, electric companies in exchange for their vote”.
