Hanan Turk was born in Cairo, the middle daughter of a father who used to work as a merchant who owned a clothing factory under the name “Al-Turk Garments.” She has two brothers, Hussein and Hussam.

She studied at the Ballet Institute and worked as a ballerina for a while, and following entering acting, she stopped.
