Ayu Ting Ting | visited Polda Metro Jaya this followingnoon. Accompanied by her lawyer, Sandy Arifin, Ayu said she wanted to resolve the problems she had reported.
“Resolving the problem, yes,” said Sandy to reporters, Thursday (24/3/2022).
Ayu did not comment much regarding her arrival today. When asked if the problem he wanted to solve was his report on defamation to the owner of the Instagram account initials KD, Ayu’s party only answered briefly.
“Yes, God willing,” said Sandy.
Ayu Ting Ting | also did not explain the results of his visit to Polda Metro today. He only asked for prayer so that the problem would be resolved soon.
“Yes, just pray. Just pray yes,” said Ayu.
Ayu Ting Ting Reported KD Twice
To be known, Ayu Ting Ting reports the owner of the Instagram account @gundik_empang initials KD. The report is still related to allegations of defamation.
Ayu Ting Ting’s lawyer, Minola Sebayang, admitted that this report was his client’s second report on KD. Previously, his party reported the alleged violation of Article 315 of the Criminal Code regarding insults.
“The second report is once morest one person. One general crime in 315 of the Criminal Code, one because he did it through the concubine_empang account,” said Minola at the Polda Metro Jaya, Jakarta, Tuesday (26/10/2021).
Minola said today his party reported the owner of the account through the ITE Law. He said today’s report shows Ayu Ting Ting’s seriousness in resolving his case with KD.
“So, in addition to our reports that have been received in the Crimea on allegations of 315 of the Criminal Code, now we are doing another report for violations as regulated in the Electronic Information-Transaction Law,” explained Minola.
“This shows that we are serious regarding law enforcement processes once morest people who are irresponsible and have the intention of using social media to insult, commit hate speech, to others,” he added.
Minola added that before making the ITE report to the owner of the Instagram account @gundik_empang, his client had twice sent a subpoena. However, the subpoena was ignored.
“We have made two summons and invitations to the KD, have been accepted. But they did not attend to fulfill our invitation. Neither answered nor responded to the issue of our subpoena, then the requirements for us to make a report as stipulated in the ITE Law were met,” Minola said.
Today’s report by Ayu Ting Ting has been registered with the Polda Metro Jaya. The report is registered with the number LP/B/5310/X/2021/SPKT/POLDA METRO JAYA, Date: October 26, 2021.
Ayu Ting Ting’s party previously reported the owner of the Instagram account @gundik_empang with Article 315 of the Criminal Code regarding insults. Ayu Ting Ting’s lawyer, Minola Sebayang, said his client did not open a mediation room for his report to the Instagram account @gundik_empang.
“There is no mediation for this crime, only if we use the ITE Law, mediation is recommended. But we don’t go there, we enter a general crime,” said Minola.
