The US Twitter Inc. A new feature for users of the application on iOS devices, to enable them to create animated “GIF” images through the special camera icon through the application.
And Twitter explained in a tweet to it through the technical support account on the platform, that the duration of the animation will not exceed a few seconds, as the user can choose between several forms of playback following recording the clip.
She also indicated that the new feature can be taken advantage of through a set of steps, which is to open the application and then press the “+” symbol in blue to create a special animation in a new tweet, or press the image icon in the lower left corner to open the photo album to respond with an animation on a tweet.
After selecting those options, pressing the camera icon and framing the scene to be recorded, then pressing the red circular button to start recording and creating the file, selecting the display method by pressing the “→” or “⇄” option, and finally clicking on the “Use GIF” option To post the gif with the tweet or reply.
