Repairing an iPhone or an Apple product will become easier in France. The Fnac Darty group announces that its subsidiary WeFix is joining the network of Apple Authorized Service Centers (CSAA) in France.
This means that WeFix stores will now be able to officially repair certain Apple products: the iPhone, Apple Watch and iPad. Together with the low number of Apple Stores in France, this gives consumers an easily recognizable second point of access for repairing their products.

What is WeFix? Which stores are affected?
WeFix is a subsidiary of the Fnac Darty group specializing in the repair of mobile phones and tablets. Some shops are independent, but there are mainly WeFix stands in the department stores of the Fnac Darty network. The firm announces that it covers more than 120 points of sale in France.
With this announcement, Apple will therefore add a network of 120 repair points for its products as part of the AppleCare service. The Apple firm has been relying heavily on its services for several years and in particular offers its AppleCare guarantee in the form of a monthly subscription. The service will gain in strength of proposal with this agreement.
However, the transition will be gradual. The press release specifies that all WeFix points will become Apple-approved repair spaces in 2022.
