Dulquer Salman says he never thought he would grow up so much in cinema. The actor says that he came to cinema with fear and does not know what the future holds in cinema. The actor made this clear in an interview given to a media.
In the words of Dulquer Salman,
I do not think so. To be honest, I came to the film with a lot of fear and do not know what the future holds. It has always been a question of whether this can be turned into a career. Because this is not an area I can choose for myself. We have to move forward only if the audience accepts. I entered this scene with a lot of fear and small steps. But I always had the freedom to choose for myself, even if it meant saying no. Although I’m a senior filmmaker, if I say no, they understand me without hesitation and realize how much film is in my mind.
So I’m had a lot of luck. So I have a lot to thank them for. I still do not know what kind of film to ask. But when I hear an idea, I think it’s an original idea and it’s a good movie. At the beginning I did not expect to act in any other language. And the film market never thought it would change like this. What we have in front of us now is not the 2012 movie map. Everything is unpredictable, so it seems like it has jumped on the bandwagon right now.
‘I have been acting in Malayalam movies for a long time with young people and new people. Therefore, working with an experienced team will also increase expectations. Also, I have a lot to learn from them. When they are experienced in film, they have clarity regarding everything. Let us ask them questions. As well as experienced writers, when they write it will have good clarity, depth and breadth. Yet Bobby Sanjay also listened to all my comments. Salute is a film that evolved from a small idea. It is doubly gratifying that I was also involved in each of its growth.
