Betclic Elite: Adam Mokoka lands in Nanterre

Adam Mokoka is back in the French Championship. After two years in the United States, the French rear (1.93 m, 23 years old) signed up until the end of the season with Nanterre, current 6th tied for Betclic Elite.

The Ile-de-France club was looking for a replacement for Argentinian international Patricio Garino, injured in a thigh, unavailable for several weeks and very disappointing since the start of the French Championship.

European champion U 16 (2014) and U 18 (2016) with Les Bleuets, best young player in the French elite in 2018, Mokoka was looking for a club following two seasons between NBA and G-League. Recruited in 2019 by the Chicago Bulls via a “two way” contract, the former Gravelinois, left in 2018 to toughen up in the Serbian nursery of Mega Bemax in the Adriatic League, had played 25 matches over two seasons in the NBA under the prestigious Bulls jersey and 35 G-League matches at the same time.
