Video: he was driving drunk and to avoid having his car seized he said he came from Ukraine

In an apparent drunken state, in Bolivia, a man refused to get out of the car he was driving and to prevent the vehicle from being hijacked, he said he had come from the war in Ukraine. The video that she recorded at that moment went viral and was trend in social networks.

The incident occurred in the town of Coroico, 97 kilometers from La Paz. As part of a routine operation, the Bolivian Police stopped a vehicle to control the documentation. However, they encountered a very striking situation.

When requesting the documents, the police officers noticed that he was drunk. He was accompanied by a woman and another young man who were inside the vehicle.

Nevertheless, the driver refused to get out of the car. And he gave evasive answers to identify himself, when the officers began questioning him.

He was drunk and said he was coming from the Ukraine to avoid having his car seized.

In this context, one of the officers asked him where he was from. “From Ukraine. I have come from war,” he said in Spanish.as heard in the video.

The moment was captured by a journalist from the local network Red Yungas, who was on location.

The uniformed officers reiterated the request for the car to be lowered repeatedly, until one of them grabbed him by the arm to remove it from the steering wheel.

Look at this disrespect”, the man shouted, while the officer maintained pressure to facilitate his descent.

The man insisted on his version, and the companions they met began to defend him effusively. They even said that they were lawyers and that they might initiate legal action.

However, following a few minutes, both the driver and the passengers got out of the car.

The local police seized the car and issued a fine to the man for driving while intoxicated. according to the local press.
