Dozens of people were killed in a strike on Friday once morest a military barracks in southern Ukraine, Mykolaiv, witnesses told AFP on Saturday, as relief operations continue.

The site in the north of this city was completely devastated following being hit by six rockets on Friday morning. No information on the toll has been released by the Ukrainian authorities.
