Nicola Iovine (Iovine’s Louvre & Marais) takes on a mythical Parisian clubbing institution by reviving the Montana under the sign of Italian gastronomy.
The small society theater on rue Saint-Benoît (75006), which had hitherto been a hotspot for chic and festive evenings, is now turning into a upscale trattoria with the help of Salvatore Ticcagiving rise to the Montana by Ticca “. The chief owner of Shardana (75015), of Sardinian origin, offers in this restaurant 48 seats open every day Italian cuisine that not everyone knows, that not all cooks in Paris cook ».

« In Montana, we offer high Italian cuisine but warm. We want to put everyone at ease, we are not looking for the star, we just want to see it in the eyes of customers. », recalls Nicola, who notably worked with the interior designer Chantal Jais to give the place that alternately festive, intimate or hushed atmosphere that he loves so much.
Thus, the Montana by Ticca has several rooms with different atmospheres: a vaulted cellar with exposed stones (6-8 covers); a rooftop with an unobstructed view of Paris accommodating up to 30 people; a intimate lounge on the ground floor (24 covers) or a friendly space on the 1st floor (30 covers) as well as the kitchens, where it is possible to sit down as close as possible to the chef and his brigade… Not to mention the 6 bedrooms places, home to the few stray night birds who, carried by the ambiance and flavors of Montana by Ticca, would not have seen the time to turn!
