The US official also clarified that the Russian military convoys are still stuck with no tangible movement, and they are at a distance of 15 to 25 km from the capital, Kyiv.

He stressed that the new equipment that Ukraine receives will allow it to confront Russian forces at long distances and not only from close distances, as happened in the vicinity of Kharkiv, Kiev and Chernev.
