The middle of Shaban.. The fatwa clarifies the ruling on fasting tomorrow, Friday

According to the Egyptian Dar Al Iftaa, it begins with The night of the middle of Sha’ban Blessed, from Morocco today, Thursday, March 17, and will continue until dawn tomorrow, Friday, Sha’ban 15 and March 18 of the year 2022. Accordingly, the Dar Al Iftaa confirmed that it is permissible by Sharia to single out Friday with fasting if it coincides with one of the virtuous days; Like the middle of Shaban.

Dua for the night of the middle of Sha’ban

And the Egyptian Dar Al Iftaa published, on its official page on the social networking site Facebook, a supplication for the night of the middle of Sha’ban, and it said: “Oh God, O Lord of manna and not bestowed upon him, O Possessor of majesty and dignity, O Possessor of height and abundance. There is no god but You, the back of the refugees, and the neighbor of those who seek refuge And the safety of the fearful, O God, if You wrote me with You in the Mother of the Book as wretched, deprived, expelled, or oppressed for my livelihood, then O God, by Your grace, erase my misery, my deprivation, my expulsion and my sufficiency in my provision, and make me firm with You in the Mother of the Book, a happy, rich, successful person, for you said and said the truth in Your revealed Book on the tongue Your prophet sent: “God erases what He wills and establishes with Him the Mother of the Book.” The dearest, the most honorable, and may God’s peace and blessings be upon our master Muhammad, the illiterate prophet, and his family and companions.

Celebrating the night of the middle of Sha’ban

The Egyptian Dar Al Iftaa said that the celebration of the night of the middle of the blessed month of Sha’ban is legitimate on the side of desirability, and the Shari’a desired to revive it and take advantage of its breath; by praying its night and fasting its day; In an effort to gain its bounty, its reward, and the goodness and blessings that descend on it, Muslims have traditionally observed and celebrated this night, before and following throughout the centuries without objection.

And the Egyptian Dar Al-Iftaa continued, on its official page on the social networking site Facebook: “It is not permissible to underestimate the merits of this night, and what is desirable in it of closeness and acts of obedience, the allegations made around it by those who say that it is heresy, and it is not permissible to pay attention to their corrupt opinions; The imams of the nation, its stable and firm work, and what is established in the rules of Sharia that whoever knows is an argument once morest one who does not know.”
